Delivery times vary depending on whether a piece is in stock and ready to post, made to order or a bespoke commission.  Details on specific lead times can be found on each product's page.

Delivery within the UK is FREE for orders over £150. For orders under £150 the postage and packaging charge is a flat rate of £8. I use Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard, packages are fully insured and tracked. They are normally guaranteed before 1pm next working day and require a signature upon arrival.

Delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and I cannot take responsibility for any delays incurred while the package is in their care.

PACKAGING

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope or box for security and recycling reasons. The jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged however I am currently in the process of sourcing and designing new packaging so options may vary. If you have a specific request please contact me. Your jewellery is always packaged with sustainability in mind and I do my best to use recycled and recyclable materials.

I will enclose a thank you note and description of the pieces but I'd be delighted to help if you would like to make a gift extra special with a personal message. Please contact me to discuss this.

RETURNS

I hope that you will be delighted with your Ellem jewellery, but if for any reason you'd like to return it I can offer an exchange or a credit note, you have 14 days to do so.

To arrange a return please contact me, please do not send the item back to me until I have confirmed it is ok to do so. It must be in unworn condition in its original packaging.

Your happiness is my priority so please make contact if you are not satisfied with an Ellem product.

The jewellery will be your responsibility until it is received back at the studio, so I recommend that you use a postal or courier service, which will insure the goods while they are in transit. Return postage costs are your responsibility.

Items exempt from both the credit and exchange policies, unless they are faulty, are:

  • Made to order or customised items

  • Bespoke commissions
